By accessing our website (the “Website”) or booking any transportation services with M&M Limousines (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client” or “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Website or services.
M&M Limousines provides luxury ground transportation services, including but not limited to airport transfers, corporate travel, special events, and customized chauffeured services. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Service details, including vehicle type, pickup time, and destination, will be confirmed upon reservation.
Clients agree to: (a) provide accurate booking information including pickup location, destination, date, and time; (b) arrive at the designated pickup location on time; (c) behave respectfully toward our chauffeurs and maintain the vehicle in good condition; (d) comply with all applicable laws and regulations; (e) not engage in illegal activities or transport prohibited items in our vehicles; and (f) supervise minors at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate transportation if these responsibilities are violated.
Reservations can be made through our Website, phone, or email. Payment is accepted via credit card, debit card, or approved corporate accounts. A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations. Prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change based on distance, time, vehicle selection, and additional services requested. Gratuity is not included unless otherwise specified. Full payment or authorized charges may be processed at the time of booking or upon service completion, depending on the service type.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to receive a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fare. No-shows or cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup will be charged 100% of the reservation cost. For airport pickups, we monitor flight delays; however, clients must notify us of any significant changes to their travel plans.
M&M Limousines and its chauffeurs will exercise reasonable care in providing transportation services. However, we are not liable for: (a) delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control; (b) loss or damage to personal property left in vehicles; (c) indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use; or (d) missed flights, meetings, or events due to unforeseen delays. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. Clients are encouraged to maintain appropriate travel insurance.
All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of M&M Limousines and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected through our Website and booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our Website. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to fulfill your reservation.
M&M Limousines reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of The State of Florida.
