I had an issue with my truck on Wednesday night. The fan would keep running for like 10 minutes after I took the key out of the ignition. I looked it up and learned what it could be and how much the repair might cost. I also learned that it wouldn’t be wise to drive it around much. On Thursday morning, I called West Side Tire and Auto and explained what was happening. I also told them that I was supposed to travel out of town on Friday. They said they would try to fit me in if I dropped the truck off. I dropped the truck off at 1:30. They told me what was wrong at 2:30, then had it fixed by 4:15. They certainly didn’t have to do that. The problem was what Google said it could be, and the repair cost was less than what Google said it could cost. I am very happy with their customer service and the work they do.
