About Me

Relational. Reflective. Grounded in care.

Relational. Reflective. Grounded in care.

I’m Ari A. Leal (they/them), a licensed clinical mental health therapist and founder of Therapy Glow. My approach to therapy blends psychological depth, developmental understanding, and real-world perspective. I bring both academic rigor and deep empathy to the therapy space, grounded in my Clinical Mental Health Counseling training at Northwestern University and earlier studies at Rutgers University.
Therapy with me is a collaborative, relational process — reflective, compassionate, and rooted in trust. I work integratively and client-centered, drawing from multiple modalities to meet each person where they are. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, identity exploration, or a major life transition, I aim to support your growth with clarity and care.
Together, we create a space that honors complexity, invites honesty, and nurtures embodied self-connection.

What Informs My Work

At Therapy Glow, healing is deeply integrative. I understand each person through a wide lens — your biology, relationships, cultural identity, developmental history, and current environment all shape your experience.
This lens allows me to work with the quiet, often unspoken layers — from somatic responses and attachment patterns to internalized beliefs and family dynamics.
